An award-winning financial services executive and former Partner at New York Life’s El Paso General Office, Brian brings to Crown Wealth Strategies a singular combination of credentialed financial expertise and proven management experience.
Brian Metzger’s credentials span financial services and management responsibilities. He holds securities FINRA Series 6, 63, 7, 66, and 24 Licenses as well as his Life and Health licenses. Brian Metzger built his reputation as a leading expert in El Paso as a Partner at New York Life’s El Paso General Office where he has been recognized as “Partner of the Year” for the last five consecutive years within the El Paso New York Life General Office.
Brian has been married to Lizzie Dipp Metzger for 18 years and has three children. He is an avid athlete that loves to compete in biking and running events. Brian is originally from Brighton, IL, but has called El Paso his home for the last 17 years.

Berthy is a Bilingual and Bi-cultural Financial Services Professional. Her main focus is working with business owners, physicians and families with special needs in retirement planning, insurance, and investment, all while providing expert guidance to help them achieve lifelong financial well-being.
She earned a BA in Tourism Administration at the Insituto Superior de Turismo in Chihuahua, Mexico in 1988. That same year she migrated to the United States. She entered the professional world in 2000 after being a full-time mom for twelve years. Later, she became a Senior Media Consultant for Time Warner in El Paso and then a Business Consultant for the international marketing company Hibu. At Hibu, Berthy became part of the USH elite team of professionals, whose aim was to understand and reduce the advertising and digital divide that separates Hispanic-owned businesses from more advanced US enterprises. Her favorite special interest is serving as a volunteer talking to young parents, special needs families, and business owners about her experiences as an immigrant to the United States, and about her struggles to advance and succeed, despite the language barrier.
She serves as a volunteer for different organizations; however, she is noted for her identification with and passion for AVANCE’s mission when she became a member of the board in 2004. She also served as Secretary National Board of Directors and chaired the Programs Committee from 2010 to 2014.
Berthy finds her biggest inspiration to succeed are her four daughters, Nora, Anna, Ivonne, Clarissa and her granddaughter Frida Anabella.

Through working with business owners and high-income earners, Andrew has found that clients, before they met us had their money and other assets going in lots of different directions. Sometimes doing well individually, but not work to the client's fullest potential and almost never being driven by what the clients are trying to achieve. In his role as a personal CFO, he starts by getting clear on what matters most to our clients and why it's important. Only then can we implement a sound strategy that stands the test of time.

Prior to joining Crown Wealth Strategies, Paulette worked in Special Projects Accounting and Accounts Payable. Paulette has over five years of experience in the financial services industry. Being a Licensed Service Assistant, Paulette has passed her Group 1 and obtained her Texas Insurance License.
Paulette was born and raised in El Paso where she is actively involved in the community. She is a graduate of the University of Texas at El Paso with a B.B.A. in Accounting.
